We are seeking an experienced Sober Living Manager to oversee and help grow a VA-focused sober living home. Ideal for someone with recovery experience and strong connections in the sober living community. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the home Maintain a clean, safe, structured environment Support residents in recovery and enforce house rules Build relationships with treatment centers and referral sources Help fill beds with qualified residents Perform light maintenance (painting, minor plumbing/electrical, general upkeep) Qualifications: Experience in sober living, recovery, or treatment programs Connections in the recovery community (preferred) Reliable, organized, and leadership-oriented Basic handyman skills Reliable transportation Compensation: $15/hour On-site living available (rent applies) Opportunity for growth and additional incentives
