I am seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to oversee a home improvement project at my new property in Alpine, NJ. Due to a busy work schedule, I need someone who can manage day-to-day activities on my behalf and ensure everything runs smoothly. PROJECT TIMELINE The remodeling and furniture replacement project is expected to take approximately **10–14 days**, depending on progress and scheduling. ROLE FLEXIBILITY This is a flexible role, but availability during active work hours is important to properly coordinate workers and tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Supervising workers handling remodeling, furniture replacement, and painting * Acting as the main point of contact for contractors and service providers * Coordinating schedules and ensuring timely progress * Managing payments and communicating instructions as directed * Sending regular updates, reports, and photos to keep me informed * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. Strong communication skills and reliability are essential. Prior experience in project coordination, property management, or home improvement is a plus.
