Errand Details

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Event Staff/Brand Ambassadors to support the Binggrae booth at SIAL CANADA 2026, one of the largest food innovation trade shows in North America.


[Positions & Roles]
1. Operations & Logistics Support (1 Person)
• Dates: April 28 (Tue) – May 1 (Fri), 2026 (4 Days)
• Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (8.5 hours/day)
• Key Responsibilities: Inventory management and restocking (Replenishment)
o Moving supplies from storage to the booth (Inbound/Setup)
o Heavy lifting and booth organization (especially on April 28)
o Assisting with product sampling and giveaways
2. Brand Ambassadors (2 People)
• Dates: April 29 (Wed) – May 1 (Fri), 2026 (3 Days)
• Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (8.5 hours/day)
• Key Responsibilities: Product sampling and engaging with visitors
o Merchandising (Keeping display shelves organized)
o Distributing promotional giveaways
o Promoting Binggrae products to attendees


[Requirements]
• Must be available for the entire duration (3 or 4 days depending on the role).
• Proficiency in English or French (Intermediate level or higher).
• Positive, outgoing personality with great communication skills.
• Punctuality and a professional work ethic.

[Dress Code]
• White shirt (button-down or polo), blue jeans, and clean white sneakers (to be provided by the staff).


[Compensation]
• $300 CAD per day (Flat rate, including transportation and meals).
• Payment will be discussed during the interview (Wire transfer or e-Transfer available).
