! We’re a small, high-performing team looking for an experienced climber/arborist to work 3–4 days a week. If you know your way around a canopy and want long-term stability with a company that values its people — let’s talk.

What You'll Do:
• Climb, trim, and rig trees safely and efficiently
• Assist with ropes, brush clearing, and chipper work
• Follow safety protocols and leave every site spotless
• Work closely with a 4-man crew — 2 climbers, 2 groundsmen
• Potential to grow into a Crew Leader role

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong rigging, chainsaw, and chipper operation skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with demanding days (6–10 hrs)
• Positive attitude, team player, and PPE-ready (we’ll help ground crew if needed)
✔️MUST have a driver’s license
✔️MUST have 2 years chain saw experience
